I am held accountable for its performance management (Productivity and quality KPI follow up) as well as daily operations arrangements for the case load analysis, delivery, and lead times fulfillment. Accountable for three-dimensional reconstruction/design of anatomical structures, obtained from CT images by using CAD software: Emphasis in cranio-maxillofacial 3D segmentation, quality check and pre-planning, which is a very useful tool for surgical planning and further design implementation (plates, splints and prosthesis) for surgical cases such as orthognatics, midface, craniofacial and mandible reconstruction, as for other related procedures.
