Keith Wargo

As President and CEO of Autism Speaks since October 2021, I am deeply committed to harnessing compassionate leadership to enhance the lives of people with autism and their families in the United States and around the world. Before joining Autism Speaks, I merged my business expertise and personal values as an owner of Monarch Cypress, a company dedicated to employing autistic individuals. This work is close to my heart, as I am a parent of a son with autism, and have experienced firsthand the positive effects of Autism Speaks' work in research, advocacy, and support services. Prior to these roles, I was blessed to have an incredible career spanning nearly 30 years in global finance, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, BMO Capital Markets, and Mizuho Securities. I bring that business acumen and leadership experience to my role at Autism Speaks.
