I’m a senior change and organizational effectiveness professional with experience spanning enterprise-level capability building, leadership alignment, people-centered transformation, and large-scale adoption strategy. Over the past eight years, I’ve helped organizations improve how they plan, communicate, and deliver change by creating clarity, strengthening alignment, and enabling more consistent ways of working. My work sits at the intersection of organizational change, leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness. I focus on bringing clarity, alignment, and practical tools to complex environments. I enjoy partnering with executives, HR/People teams, and cross-functional leaders to design simple, scalable systems that help teams navigate and sustain change. I’m currently completing a Master’s in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MPS) to deepen my grounding in the science behind behavior, leadership, assessment, and organizational functioning. I hold an MBA in International Business and CCMP, PMP, and Prosci certifications (including Change Management Practitioner and Train-the-Trainer 1). My CliftonStrengths®—Responsibility, Achiever, Strategic, Communication, and Discipline—describe me well: structured, values-driven, analytical, and committed to delivering work that is clear, practical, and rooted in strong relationships. I’m particularly interested in roles across Organizational Change, OD/OE, Leadership Development, Transformation, and Talent Strategy—especially with organizations that value thoughtful, research-informed approaches to strengthening people, culture, and performance.
