My background in systems engineering, combined with an MBA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, PMP training, and extensive contact center operations experience, shapes how I approach this industry: not as a language vendor, but as an infrastructure operator. Language access at scale requires disciplined workforce design, secure integrations, pricing strategies aligned with sustainable margins, and operational models that withstand growth without compromising quality. We operate with a long-term view. That means investing in process architecture, technology alignment, financial discipline, and cross-border operational structures between the U.S. and LATAM.
