• Having 11+ Year's of experience in US IT HR Recruiting.• Effective handling of full life cycle of recruiting process in Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2. • Involved in full lifecycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing.• Good working experience on W2 tax term with US citizens and GC Holders• Having good knowledge of various work authorization (H1b, Citizen, Green Card, EAD and OPT) and US tax terms like W2, 1099 and Corp-Corp.
