Tasnuva Tabassum Rafa

I am a Business Administration student with a growing interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment. Through my internship and leadership roles, I have been developing practical experience in sourcing talent, building professional networks, and collaborating with diverse teams.
Currently, I am an HR Intern at Gao Tek Inc., where I contribute to recruitment-related activities and strengthen my understanding of HR processes. I also serve as the Campus Lead for LinkedIn Community Bangladesh, Campus Connector at Edison Communication, and Campus Ambassador at Z Tech-X. These roles have helped me enhance my communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and community engagement skills.
In addition, I am a General Member of the Southeast Business Innovation Forum, where I continue to expand my knowledge through professional and extracurricular activities.
