My path to HR wasn't traditional. I started in private equity, closed deals, and built go-to-market strategies at SaaS companies — learning how businesses actually work from the inside out. Then I found that the most interesting problem in any company is the people one. I've been here ever since.
Today I lead the global People & Talent function at Airwallex, a $8B fintech operating across 28+ cities and 2,000+ employees — covering talent acquisition, rewards, HR business partnering, people ops, talent development, and workplace experience. Across my career I've helped scale organizations from the ground up, growing teams 4x to 6,000+ around the world.
What I bring that's different: I think about people strategy the way an operator thinks about a business. Culture isn't a feeling — it's what shows up in your engagement scores, retention curves, and how fast you can hire.
Right now I'm deep in the intersection of AI and HR — AI is going to reshape the People function faster than most leaders are prepared for. I'm building for that now. It's early, it's hard, and it's the most interesting work I've done.
If you're a founder, CEO, or People leader thinking about how to build HR and culture that's faster, smarter, and closer to the business — I'd love to connect.
