    Urbanova is one of the largest real estate developers and operators in Peru, with a portfolio worth over $1.2 Billion including 10 prime office buildings and 3 shopping malls. Given the city’s current regulation as to the number of parking spaces required per built square meter, the company is facing considerable underutilization of its 7,000 parking lots across Lima. The goal of our G-Lab project was to help Urbanova improve its parking business model in order to maximize revenue while providing great customer experience. The team worked on-site for a month and proposed a set of recommendations that aimed to double the company's current parking revenue.
