Before crypto, I cut my teeth in the hyper-growth, execution-first world of Rocket Internet where building fast and scaling faster wasn't optional. That mindset has defined how I've approached every market and every team since.

As CRO at Hypernative, I lead the global Go-To-Market organization helping Institutions, Exchanges, funds, and web 3 natives secure everything they build, run, and own onchain. Hypernative is setting a new standard for real-time security and risk intelligence in Web3.

Before Hypernative, I spent years at Chainalysis as Managing Director for APJ scaling the business across one of the most complex and fast-moving regions in the world, working with government agencies, exchanges, and financial institutions to build trust in blockchain infrastructure.

Outside of my operating role, I invest in and advise early-stage Web3 companies, focusing on founders building the infrastructure layer of the decentralized economy.
