I was hired as Lead Engineer to work on the ContactNow Contact Centre app (formerly EasyContactNow/EasyCallNow). I effectively delivered a new iteration of the product based on updated technology stack and UI, and helped form the new team structure to deliver it. The new Agent 2.0 UI and the new set of REST API was built using AngularJs, Laravel, PhalconPHP, and NodeJs running at scale. I partnered with Quality Assurance, Product, and Operation to help manage product backlog prioritisation, testing stages, software release planning and procedures.
