As the Briggs & Stratton Power Business Unit President, Brian established the Electrification Business Unit, achieving remarkable revenue and margin growth. He rebuilt the Power Leadership Team onboarding VP-level talent in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, Aftermarket, and Planning (SIOP).
At Winnebago Industries, as the Senior Vice President he pioneered strategies for consumer and dealer experiences, driving incremental revenue growth. Additionally, he orchestrated the integration of Winnebago brands, resulting in a multi-million dollar revenue and profit surge. Previously, as Vice President and General Manager of the Motorhome business unit, he restored profitability, market share, and dealer partnerships overseeing 2,700 employees.
As CEO at Schwing America Inc., Brian led a $1B subsidiary, achieving monumental revenue and profit growth while optimizing operations through a successful Chapter 11.
Driving OEM and distributor sales growth, channel improvement and operational excellence as the Regional VP Sales and Service at Detroit Diesel (Penske Corporate) he led a global sales team in Mexico and North America.
He has been actively engaged in global board activities, serving as a Board Member at Schwing America, the American Concrete Pumping Association, the Concrete Pump Manufacturers Association, SUSA, Briggs and Stratton Japan and Shanghai.
