In my roles to date I bring a variety of expertise to the recruitment and TA landscape. My passion lies in identifying and securing top-tier talent that aligns perfectly with organisational needs and culture.
Throughout the recruitment lifecycle, I prioritise transparency, honesty, and approachability, fostering trust with both candidates and stakeholders.
I thrive on challenges that promote personal growth and career advancement. Which is why throughout my roles to date I have always taken a keen interest in Gender equity employee groups and I have held senior roles to support the growth and visibility of these employee led groups.
As a strategic partner and advisor, I go beyond traditional recruitment practices. My focus extends to identifying, retaining, and developing existing talent, nurturing meaningful relationships between employees and the organisation.
I recognise the critical importance of internal recruitment processes and can effectively coach stakeholders on talent retention strategies through open, constructive dialogues. My natural ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders allows me to credibly challenge and advise at all organisational levels.
My dedication to creating mutually beneficial recruitment experiences for candidates, stakeholders, and external partners sets me apart in the field. This commitment is further enhanced by my master’s degree in Special Educational Needs, Diversity, and Inclusion, which provides me with a unique perspective on DE&I in the workplace and ensuring we are neuro-inclusive for current and prospective employees by guiding the key stakeholders and being transparent throughout the process.
My background in Special Educational Needs has honed my empathy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills all crucial in modern recruitment practices. This unique skill set enables me to help organisations build diverse, high-performing teams that drive success in today's competitive business landscape.
