In 25 years in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, I have learned that hiring speed and hiring quality are not a trade-off. You can have both if the process is built properly.
I lead Talent Acquisition at Leadfeeder, a 180-person, late-stage B2B SaaS scale-up backed by growth-equity investor Great Hill Partners following a €180 million investment. I own hiring globally across Engineering, Product, and GTM, in a fully remote-first environment spanning 34 countries.
The numbers tell the story better than I can. We brought time-to-hire down from 51 days to 36. We increased sourced candidates from 30% to 72% of all hires, which means we are finding people rather than waiting for them to find us. Our candidate NPS rose from 7.0 in 2023 to 9.0 in 2026, and we won a Screenloop Candidate Experience award against more than 500 competing companies.
None of that happens without a genuinely remote-first culture behind it. We hire people who value autonomy, clear communication, and results over hours logged. If you are the kind of person who does your best work without someone watching over your shoulder, this is the kind of environment where that works.
I help companies that are scaling fast build the hiring function that keeps pace with growth, across GTM, Product, and Engineering. If you are building a TA function or want to talk about what it takes to scale hiring across dozens of countries at once, feel free to connect.
