Definitely a needle in the haystack that everyone’s looking for but few manage to find.
When I'm found, however, I am curious by nature, passionate by choice. I thrive on exploration, discovery and conversations that shift perspectives, which is exactly what drew me to Counselling Psychology. Understanding someone's world, sitting with the unknown and helping people navigate their challenges is where I find my deepest satisfaction. I bring a zest for knowledge, a genuine ability to connect and the adaptability to show up meaningfully across different roles and contexts.
That curiosity never stayed confined to theory, it deepened with every client I sat across from. Over time, one thing became undeniable: 8 out of 10 people who walk into my therapy room aren't just struggling with stress or anxiety, they're struggling with relationships. Patterns they keep repeating, dynamics they can't quite name, and a quiet confusion about why things keep unravelling despite their best efforts.
Relationship language has gone mainstream, terms like gaslighting and attachment styles are everywhere, but awareness alone hasn't brought clarity. And that gap is exactly where I chose to plant myself.
My belief: finding the right partner isn't about better strategies or sharper checklists. It's about understanding your emotional patterns and making more intentional choices.
As a Matchmaker & Relationship Coach at The Date Crew, I work at the intersection of psychology and modern dating, helping people move beyond surface compatibility toward relationships built on alignment, accountability, and emotional depth.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I create a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, building resilience, self-awareness, and a path toward genuine well-being.
Because the goal was never just to find someone. It's to build something that lasts.
