My executive experience started as the oldest sibling, organizing skits and songs for the adults during holidays. Never bossy, but always a strategic leader my sibling team still “chats” every day. Now, as a public, private and non-profit Board Member and former senior executive I know what a high-performance leadership team looks like at successful organizations. As the secret weapon to high performing executives across the globe I am known for having the Midas Touch — generating strategic results AND team fulfillment. Leaders come to me when they need someone to architect and facilitate their strategy or team off-sites, but they also want to invest in team effectiveness. I combine experienced strategic planning facilitation with a certification in The Five Behaviors high-performing team methodology. My mission in life is to help the two billion people who aren't highly engaged at work. By partnering with exceptional executives, I create inclusive, high-performing, and enjoyable workplaces.
