Most companies don’t fail because they lack ambition. They stall because they misread the moment. Markets shift. Platforms evolve. New technologies promise everything. And leaders are left asking: Where do we place the bet?
That’s where I come in.
I help founders, CMOs, and executive teams turn inflection points into growth engines - not by chasing trends, but by spotting whitespace others overlook and operationalizing it with discipline.
At Goodway Group, I envisioned and launched a Multi-Location/Franchise division that became the company’s most profitable business unit - driving 400% revenue growth, mid 9 figures, and 70% of company profit at peak. What started as an untapped insight became a scalable revenue engine that funded new ventures and international expansion.
When our largest Chairman-linked account faced a projected an 8 figure decline, I was asked to step in. By rebuilding trust, creating high-performance autonomous teams, and launching differentiated CTV solutions (including trademarked products like UniversalReach TV™ and OfferIQ™), we scaled billings 3X for three consecutive years.
Earlier in my career, I’ve:
• Owned and grown a regional P&L to #1 nationally
• Helped fuel 800% company employee growth during a pivot from print to digital
• Driven 79–250% YoY spend growth at Microsoft through ecosystem-level partnerships
• Increased Yahoo’s agency revenue share from 4% to 18% in 18 months
• Built startup markets from zero, generating 80% of national sales
Across roles, the red thread is consistent: I build and scale revenue organizations during moments of change. I translate complexity in programmatic advertising, CTV, digital media, SaaS, and platform economics into clear go-to-market strategy. I recruit and elevate elite talent. I create operating rhythms that turn insight into repeatable growth.
What sets me apart isn’t just revenue impact - it’s pattern recognition. I see structural shifts early, pressure-test the opportunity, build the product or positioning needed to win, and construct defenses that drive retention, upsell, and long-term enterprise value.
