Will Crumbley

I help mission-driven organizations turn AI, data, and software into products, systems, and capabilities that create real-world impact. I’m a technology executive with experience across healthcare, civic technology, public sector, and other complex, data-intensive environments. My work sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, AI-enabled product development, and organizational transformation. As VP of Engineering and Head of Technology at Bayesian Health, I lead engineering and data science across clinical AI product development, technical strategy, execution, and regulatory and security readiness. Over the course of my career, I’ve built and led strong teams, guided high-stakes product and platform initiatives, improved execution, and helped organizations deliver in environments where trust, reliability, and external credibility matter. I’m most effective in roles that require both management and technical judgment, and I’m especially energized by building AI-enabled products, helping teams use AI to work better and faster, and translating technical investment into customer and business value. I care deeply about mission, team quality, and building ambitious, humane organizations, and I’m drawn to work that improves people’s lives while giving talented teams the clarity, tools, and momentum to do their best work.
