Serving people is at the heart of everything I do, and I show up for them every single day.
I'm a People Ops professional with a genuine passion for creating environments where individuals feel seen, supported, and like they truly belong. Whether that's designing onboarding experiences that make someone's first week feel genuinely special, holding space for a difficult conversation, or raising awareness of topics like menopause and mental health that too often go unspoken at work, I'm here for all of it.
Over the past four years I've built deep experience across the full employee lifecycle, working across remote-first and hybrid businesses in recruitment, tech, and operations. I thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments, the kind where things move quickly, priorities shift, and no two days look the same. From drawing up employment contracts, managing probation and extension paperwork, and overseeing GDPR compliance, to redesigning onboarding programmes, building team culture from scratch, and evaluating HRIS platforms. I bring both operational excellence and a genuine human touch to everything I do.
A big part of what I love is working across the whole business. I regularly partner with the SLT, Finance, HR, Payroll, and TA teams, as well as senior leadership, translating people priorities into practical action at every level. I handle sensitive information with the discretion it deserves, and I know that being a trusted, service-oriented presence is just as important as getting the process right.
I have a real curiosity for technology and actively embrace AI tools, automation, and modern people platforms in my day-to-day work, not just as a concept, but as a genuine part of how I operate. Because great People Operations isn't just about process. It's what gives a company its soul.
I'm also a passionate advocate for workplace wellbeing. When people feel truly cared for, physically, mentally, and emotionally, everything else follows. I take that responsibility seriously, and I'll get stuck into any task with curiosity and commitment.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to a spirited 10-year-old, a dedicated Peloton rider (affectionately known as Pellelope š“āāļø), a yin yoga devotee, and someone who is always either cooking something new, at a gig, or hunting down a great glass of wine. I live for connection, laughter, and the occasional terrible dad joke.
If you're passionate about people, culture, or just fancy a virtual coffee, I'd love to connect.
