Associate Vice President - Product Management
Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
I've spent 15+ years building health technology products — and more importantly, I've built them from both sides of the table.
Before joining League, I led product at Aetna and CVS Health, where I drove the strategy and execution of ML-driven member engagement and behavior change programs at scale. I saw firsthand what enterprise health organizations actually need: products that fit their constraints, earn member trust, and move the metrics that matter to the business.
At Virta Health, I shaped the B2B product portfolio to serve employer and health plan clients — translating clinical outcomes into a commercial product that could win in a competitive market.
Now at League, I'm AVP of Product Management for Client Solutions, working with enterprise health plans and provider organizations to define their platform strategy and roadmap — translating their goals into concrete product decisions. My focus spans the health and behavior change experience — and increasingly, the AI agents that sit on top of both. I'm actively partnering with enterprise clients to design and deploy member-facing AI agents that guide people through benefits navigation, care recommendations, and health decisions in real time. It's the most consequential product work I've done — and we're building it hand in hand with the health plans who know their members best.
Alongside this client-facing work, I own League's internal product management AI transformation mandate — leading a team to redesign how our product org operates, builds, and partners with engineering in an AI-native world. It's the same conviction applied inward: if AI is going to reshape how members experience health care, it has to reshape how we build, too.
When clients work with me, they're not getting someone who has to learn their world. They're getting someone who's lived in it.
