Counselling Psychologist | Head of Operations at Inspiron Psychological Well-being Centre Pvt Ltd
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
As a seasoned Counselling Psychologist and PoSH trainer, I proudly serve as the Head of Operations at the Indiranagar center and oversee the Corporate and Technology vertical at Inspiron. With a wealth of experience, I have delivered over 4000+ hours of therapeutic support, specializing in addressing issues such as Stress, Anxiety, OCD, Relationships, and Personality Disorders to enhance individuals' lifestyles.
My diverse client interactions span across various life stages—working with kids, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, fostering a deep well of empathy and understanding. Beyond individual counseling, I have successfully trained over 1200 corporate employees, equipping them with tools to navigate the challenges of their professional lives.
In leadership roles, I have steered projects and conducted training sessions for 800+ aspiring psychologists, actively contributing to the destigmatization of therapy through engaging videos, podcasts, and reels. Along this journey, I've honed my research, communication, and counseling skills, both in individual and group settings.
Drawing from my extensive background, I've also played a pivotal role in developing study materials tailored for students with autism and intellectual disabilities in previous roles. My commitment to fostering positive change and breaking barriers in the field of mental health is unwavering, and I am passionate about continuing to make a meaningful impact.
