Gregory Martini

In my prior role of Senior Vice President of Technical Support at iCIMS, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who help our customers achieve their recruiting and hiring goals with our cloud-based platform. With over 20 years of experience in the software and services industry, I have a proven track record of delivering high-value solutions, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. Before joining iCIMS in 2020, I was a Global Partner Executive at SAP, where I developed and executed joint go-to-market strategies with key strategic services partners. I was responsible for increasing SAP software revenue affiliated with service engagements, and coaching senior executives through complex and difficult negotiations. I also restructured and launched new business units and categories to increase performance, profitability, and competitiveness. I have received multiple awards and honors for my achievements and leadership at SAP and other previous companies. I have a MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Computer Science from Villanova University. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges and create value for customers and partners.
