I am an HR and Talent Acquisition professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles. I work across sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate management, and closely support hiring teams in meeting business and project requirements. I have a strong interest in recruitment strategy, candidate experience and people engagement, and I enjoy working with hiring data and reports to support better decision-making and process improvement.
