Ishwar Bandal

Ishwar is a multipotentialite professional with diverse interests, experience, and expertise in consultancy, public policy, and good governance. His work spans research, legislation, policy advocacy, strategy development, policy analysis, political consulting, project management, and implementation—driving impactful change across multiple domains. Ishwar is currently working as a Policy Consultant on developmental projects supported by multilateral organizations such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), collaborating with various government departments to drive impactful policy initiatives. Beyond consulting, Ishwar is the Co-Founder of Dipau Foundation – Centre of Empowerment, a new-age not-for-profit organization focused on education, women’s empowerment, climate action, and access to government schemes. Through Dipau, he works to bridge gaps in policy implementation, ensuring that marginalized communities receive the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. The words he lives by: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” When he’s not exploring new policy frontiers, Ishwar enjoys reading mythology and staying active at the gym.
