InvestEngine’s business model addresses a £1 trillion UK retail investment market and it’s our ambition to expand internationally.

Being in charge of marketing in a rapidly growing startup from day one and until a successful exit is an invaluable experience I gained at Slando in its early years. I've learnt how to hire a driven team with the right attitude, create the right culture and retain them; how to be creative and run efficient marketing with very limited resources; how to prioritise tasks and projects in a time-constrained environment and how to measure success or failure. As a hands-on startuper I have also had a chance to get involved in product development, online-community building, content management and a few other business areas.
