Paul Posey

Paul Posey is a transformational C-suite executive who leads at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology innovation. He brings 20+ years of growth and turnaround experience across 30+ businesses and business units in the mental and wellness, medical technology, healthcare and insurance industries. Paul leverages a robust skill set gained during his early career as a corporate lawyer to accelerate profitability, optimize operational performance and elevate customer experience. Paul Posey is the Chief Executive Officer of ComPsych Corporation, a global provider of mental health services, integrated employee assistance programs (EAP’s), wellness, work-life, leave act and absence management services. ComPsych provides services to more than 78,000 organizations covering more than 163 million individuals throughout the U.S. and 200 countries. Prior roles include CEO of Robin Healthcare, an AI digital health start-up, multiple executive positions at Ascension Healthcare, a 120-hospital integrated delivery system, and COO of Sedgwick, a global insurance services provider. Paul also currently serves as Treasurer and Trustee for Christian Brothers University in his hometown of Memphis, Tn. Paul excels in the full range of C-suite leadership—from healthcare delivery to digital transformation to risk management to M&As, product launches and business development. He is an expert in building and leading technology-enabled services, primarily using AI, for diverse healthcare organizations.
