Hi, I’m Amy - Head of Client Accounts at We Complement, a leading provider of process consulting and outsourced support for financial advice firms across the UK. I work closely with our network of advisers and suitability consultants to make sure they feel genuinely supported - not just with capacity, but with care. My role spans everything from onboarding and relationship management to spotting opportunities to help firms grow, breathe, or simply work smarter. Alongside client work, I lead all things marketing at We Complement - from brand strategy and content to managing our website and social channels. I’m passionate about showing off the brilliant work our team does behind the scenes and making our voice clear, human, and consistent. I'm currently studying for a marketing degree with NESMA to deepen that even further. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and marketing, I bring a mix of commercial focus and people-first energy to everything I do. I’m a strong communicator, a big believer in partnerships over transactions, and always up for a conversation about how things could be done better. Outside of work, I’m a mum of three, a 10K-loving runner, and happiest on a caravan weekend with friends (with a coffee or G&T in hand, obviously).
