    During his time at Eton, Ivan Mazour translated a number of works of classic Russian literature into English. This included two plays - "Gamblers" by Nikolai Gogol, and "Dead Souls" by Mihail Bulgakov. The translations, although unpublished, are recorded and held at the US Library of Congress. These two plays were put on both at Eton and in Edinburgh, with Ivan advising on the production of, and acting in, "Dead Souls". "Gamblers" went on to be professionally produced and staged in London.

    Ivan Mazour won Seedhack 2013 with "Relist - the global marketplace for excess luxury fashion". In 48 hours Ivan and the Relist team developed a business concept and functioning product for an online marketplace in which verified professional discount fashion buyers can access the aggregated stock of a number of boutiques, retailers and designers wishing to dispose of unwanted stock. The prototype included a functioning recommendation engine, incoming and outgoing live API streams, as well as a live price bidding algorithm, and received much interest from industry members present at the event.
