A proven builder of high-performing therapeutic business units, I have consistently delivered double-digit revenue growth and strong EBITA performance. As Vice President and Head of Internal Medicine & Neuroscience at TFS HealthScience, she led a 60-person international team, oversaw operational executive teams and business development with regard to designing and managing effective and efficient clinical trials, manage all staff, resources, finances and quality and advised biotech and mid-size pharmaceutical companies on strategic development programs in neuroscience, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare diseases, and gene therapy.I am also the Founder and CEO of my own company, where I provide strategic guidance and support to clients in the life sciences sector. Additionally, I hold a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles and have completed advanced studies in Economy and Business Administration at Stockholm School of Economics.
