Lauren Dixon

Lauren joined Synergy Search with a background rooted in both public and corporate accounting. She began her career auditing retail and automotive clients at Ernst & Young before transitioning into corporate roles within the healthcare industry and commercial real estate. Her range of experience gives her a unique understanding of what candidates are navigating in their careers, and what executives are really looking for when building out their teams.Before moving to Nashville, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from The University of Alabama. Roll Tide! Outside of the office, you’ll find Lauren walking her dog Cash, hosting her community group, or baking sourdough.
