Over the last decade, I’ve grown from engineering lead to executive, playing a key role in expanding our EMEA presence and shaping Fueled’s global engineering structure. Along the way, I’ve led the implementation of systems and frameworks that improve team organization, support growth, and make it easier for people to lead with clarity.

I’m energized by solving hard problems, cultivating high-trust cultures, and designing environments where engineers and leaders can thrive. Whether I’m refining delivery models, evolving our org design, or mentoring future leaders, I’m always focused on building strong teams and sustainable practices that lead to great outcomes.
