Hi, I’m Victor, and I have a confession to make:
I never planned to work in IT.
Most people don’t grow up dreaming of IT asset management.
Neither did I.
Actually, I wanted to play professional field hockey or start a candy empire (still a backup plan). But life had other plans, and I ended up knee-deep in global IT operations. A place where IT teams are expected to keep everything running smoothly, despite being handed processes that are anything but smooth.
Today, I help IT teams escape the chaos of procurement headaches, manual workflows, and device black holes.
Along the way, I’ve learned a few things:
A) IT teams are the backbone of every business
(but they rarely get the credit).
B) Most “IT problems” are actually process problems
(manual work, messy handovers, and last-minute scrambles).
C) The IT-HR relationship is... complicated.
(different priorities, different workflows, same end goal)
At Workwize, we believe IT should enable globally distributed teams, not drown in logistics. That’s why we built the first automation operating system for global IT: So companies can scale, IT can focus on real work, and weekends stay free.
I share thoughts on IT automation, global device management, and how to escape the endless cycle of manual work.
If you’ve ever been the person untangling IT chaos, let’s connect. You’re not alone.
