With more than 20 years of experience spanning institutional investing, banking, wealth management, and fintech, Lynn has held leadership roles at Smith Barney, OhioHealth Treasury, JPMorgan Chase Asset & Wealth Management, and Upstart. Her career combines deep financial services expertise with a proven ability to build organizations, lead transformation, and execute at scale.
At Upstart, Lynn has repeatedly built and expanded critical operating functions during periods of rapid growth. She established Customer Success and Implementation from the ground up, later adding Professional Services, enterprise programs, and Regulatory Readiness to help financial institutions successfully adopt AI-powered lending within complex regulatory environments.
Today, as Vice President of Lending Operations, Lynn leads one of the company's largest operating organizations, overseeing the end-to-end customer lifecycle from application through servicing. Her organization spans originations, customer experience, fraud operations, servicing, collections, recoveries, disputes, identity theft, and enterprise issue management. She partners closely with executive leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to translate strategy into scalable execution.
Throughout her career, Lynn has been recognized for building high-performing teams, designing operating models that scale, and leading organizations through significant transformation. Her focus is on embedding generative and agentic AI into core business operations to improve efficiency, strengthen customer experiences, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and regulatory confidence.
Lynn holds a Master of Science in Data Science, specializing in Analytics & Modeling, from Northwestern University. She is a frequent speaker, podcast host, and thought leader on AI, operational transformation, leadership, and the future of financial services.
