Over the last 12 years, I have specialised in process and control optimisation, performance management, commercial and financial risk, contract risk and third party management across a wide range of sectors including Telecommunications, Media, Life Sciences, Technology and Consumer Products. I have Led global multimillion pound Finance and Contracting process optimisation, automation and performance reporting programmes delivering significant efficiency improvements, improved tax and financial reporting compliance, reduced cash leakage (upto 33%) and improved margin. I have also set up and led comprehensive global programmes to identify cash recovery opportunities (upto 2000% ROI), prevent future losses and improve relationships with third parties using a combination of OTC reviews, AP analytics, contract compliance, licensing reviews and third party productivity improvement. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering and I am a Certified Internal Auditor.
