I’m not a People leader who wants HR sitting on the sidelines. I like being close to the business—solving messy problems, building what doesn’t exist yet, and helping companies scale without adding unnecessary complexity. Most of my work has happened at inflection points: rapid growth, changing leadership needs, evolving operating models, and the moment when what worked for the first few hundred employees stops working for the next thousand. That’s where I’m at my best. I’ve built People functions from the ground up and helped scale organizations through periods of significant growth and change. I think like a builder and an operator: understand the business first, identify what will actually move it forward, and build the people, leadership, and organizational systems to support it. I’m willing to challenge the way things have always been done. I use data, technology, AI, and automation where they make us smarter or faster—and I’m equally comfortable relying on judgment and having the hard conversation when that’s what the situation requires. My leadership style is direct, transparent, pragmatic, and deeply human. I believe great People teams should make the company better at operating—not create more process for people to navigate. The work I love most is helping ambitious companies grow up without slowing down.
