Bob Sprague

Bob Sprague, owner and CEO of Yes&, is a recognized strategist, writer, and consultant. He provides overall creative direction to Yes& staff members and guides the company – an award-winning provider of communications strategies and services – through myriad marketing, branding, public relations, outreach, crisis communications, training design, market research, scriptwriting, and copywriting projects each year. Yes& – formerly PCI Communications, Inc. – was formed by the merger of PCI, LeapFrog Solutions, and Carousel 30 in 2018 As a communications strategist, Bob has developed communications and marketing plans for a wide variety of organizations. As a consultant, Bob has advised and provided key language for organizations in crisis or transition. His experience in employee and management communications has been a resource to executives and leaders during mergers, acquisitions, and employee relations crises. Bob's creativity also applies to his work as creative producer, writer, and author of award winning events and video productions. In addition to numerous bylined articles written for clients, he is author of articles in national publications. Bob’s background is in music. He traveled throughout the country and the world as a music director and keyboardist. His film scores and music for advertising were heard on national productions for McDonalds, Subaru, the United Way, and The American Red Cross. Bob holds a bachelor of music summa cum laude from the Catholic University of America, was ranked first in the class of Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, MD, and was a National Merit Scholarship Winner.
