I am a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs in production environments. I specialize in Ruby on Rails–based systems, with strong experience across the full stack, including Python, TensorFlow, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vue, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind and Bootstrap. I have worked extensively on backend architecture, data modeling, background processing, and API design, as well as frontend state management and performance optimization. I place a strong emphasis on code quality, testability, and maintainability, using tools such as RSpec and Jest, and applying solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. I am comfortable working in distributed teams, practicing remote pair programming, and contributing to agile development processes. My background includes maintaining and evolving legacy systems (including Adobe ColdFusion), introducing incremental improvements without disrupting production, and supporting business growth through reliable and well-tested features. Originally coming from a non-traditional background, a pivotal experience in 2017 led me to transition into software development. Being accepted into and completing the Microverse program further reinforced my technical foundation, collaboration skills, and professional rigor.
