As an IT Manager at Improvado, I'm responsible for investigating operational needs and problems, prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities, and automating business processes. I also ensure data security and efficiency of IT infrastructure and user access management controls across SaaS apps and software vendors. Prior to that, as a QA engineer and Tech analyst at Adidas, I had a major role in the POS migration process in CIS, covered releases for over 800 stores, and developed and improved QA policies for Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. My expertise in business analysis, test automation, and software development has allowed me to increase efficiency, save time, and drive results in both companies.
