Head of Inclusive Product

Pinterest's mission is to help everyone create a life they love. I led the cross-functional, full stack effort around building more inclusive products and AI across Pinterest. At Pinterest, Inclusive Product includes building product solutions for historically marginalized communities, designing best practices for teams, and developing Inclusive and responsible AI. Our team focused on new computer vision AI models that identified attributes in images of people, such as skin tone, hair pattern and body type. We then used these models in ranking and recommendations and surfaced them in the UX to users.
