I'm Head of Product & Privacy Legal at Personio, where I work at the intersection of product, privacy and AI — and I genuinely love it.

My belief is simple: responsible AI and innovation belong together. The best products are built when legal and privacy thinking is part of the conversation from day one, not bolted on at the end. That's what I'm here to do.

I recently completed the Oxford AI Programme at Saïd Business School — because you can't shape how technology is built if you don't understand how it works.

My career has taken me across some brilliant companies and sectors — infrastructure at Telstra, cybersecurity at F5 Networks, technology operations at Accenture, and travel tech at Booking.com — before landing at Personio, where I get to do the work I care most about.

What drives me most is creating environments where people feel valued, curious and like they can bring their whole selves to work.
