    Served as the Lead Architect for the development of an integrated case management solution for NLRB to automate its case processing from initial complaint to close out. Mr. McGregor lead the initial planning, analysis and technology evaluation to recommend a technology platform NGCMS, evaluating multiple viable architectures and COTS products. Mr. McGregor recommended an integrated COTS platform consisting of Siebel Public Sector, Documentum and AquaLogic portal for the underlying NGCMS architecture.

    Served as the Project Manager for the development of an electronic case management system for automating Director Correspondence and Decision Memoranda across the agency. Implemented a 500-user system based on an integrated solution of MetaStorm BPM and Interwoven, the solution enabled the agency to capture incoming requests for multiple external stakeholders and distribute them to program offices for response, review and approval coordination. The implementation removed the need for managing cases using the outdated paper file method and improved the agency’s responsiveness and response quality.

    Served as the lead Data Architect responsible for designing the data layer of the EDGAR modernized case management system. His analysis and design resulted overhauling the legacy database that was unable to manage all the SEC business rules.
