Hi! I’m a Recruitment and Talent Partner working with international teams to build and scale high-performing organizations. I specialize in full-cycle recruitment, strategic talent sourcing, and helping fast-growing companies attract the right people in competitive markets.

Currently, I partner with Founders of the projects, leading end-to-end hiring processes and building sustainable recruitment pipelines for business-critical roles. It includes identifying and engaging top talent, managing the full candidate journey, advising hiring managers, and ensuring that recruitment processes support broader business goals.

Earlier in my career as an HR Generalist / People Operations professional, I built and scaled HR systems for distributed international teams. I designed structured onboarding systems on internal platforms, supported performance management processes, and optimized HR workflows in fast-growing environments.

I enjoy scaling teams across multiple regions, including USA, EU, MENA, and African markets (Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda). My work includes launching hiring from scratch in new countries, managing both targeted searches and high-priority recruitment, and building recruitment processes for distributed teams.
