I joined AppDynamics prior to our record $3.7bn acquisition by Cisco in March 2017. During my time at AppDynamics we scaled the business from $120m to $600m in Annual Recurring Revenue. After overhauling the services and customer success teams as Chief Customer Officer resulting in the increase of Net Dollar Retention by 15 pts, I took over as Chief Revenue Officer while retaining my post-sales duties. My sales and post-sales organization was on order of 1250 employees. As CRO, I increased ARR from $400m to $600m in 2 years while reducing expenses in a drive toward profitability.

I was the GM and co-founder of Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) at Adobe. DPS was the largest home-grown product created at Adobe since Acrobat growing to $50m ARR in 3 years.

DPS allowed graphic designers to create interactive publications for mobile devices. We launched the product with Wired Magazine on the day of Apple's introduction of the iPad (launch video below). I ran product, marketing and sales for DPS including personally executing multi-million dollar contracts with Conde Nast, Time, Meredith Corp and others.

The EPUB file format is now maintained by the W3C.
