I am the founder of VERVE a UK based CIC (non-profit) community/organization/business that strives to help individuals and businesses understand what motivates and empowers employees. Our mission is to take your business beyond diversity to real inclusion. VERVE Think Tank in the Workplace (VTTW) delivers curated discussion forums on equality that create a space for safe and open conversations about how the inequities individual employees face in society don’t stop at the office door because we are people before employees. VTTW are an opportunity for you to let your employees know that you care about their equality, and wellbeing and that your business is aligned with their values. VTTWs have been shown to improve trust, compassion, empathy and strengthen bonds between colleagues. Current research tells us that when co-workers feel they are being seen and heard as individuals in and out of the office productivity, engagement and company loyalty soar.
