I've spent the last several years doing work I genuinely love - connecting people to opportunities that actually fit. I started my recruiting career at Sherwin-Williams, where I built and ran a university program across the Pacific Northwest and hired close to 200 interns and new grads annually. Since then, I've recruited across construction, healthcare, and corporate spaces, and no matter the industry, my approach stays the same: show up for people, make the process human, and celebrate the wins together. I got my start in management at Enterprise, which gave me a real appreciation for what it takes to build a strong team and that perspective follows me into every search I run today. I lead with integrity, innovation, and bringing value to an organization's brand.
