I am honored to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Luna.

I am a physician-executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, biotechnology, academic medicine, and complex mission-driven organizations. My career has focused on helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, operational complexity, and moments that require strategic clarity, financial discipline, and decisive leadership.

With MD, JD, and MBA training, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that blends clinical credibility, legal and regulatory fluency, business judgment, and board-level strategic thinking. Across my career, I have led large-scale organizational change, accreditation and regulatory initiatives, enterprise strategy, financial restructuring, new program development, stakeholder alignment, and growth efforts designed to create durable long-term value.

At Luna, my focus is clear: protect the core operating engine, align strategy with performance, improve visibility and accountability, and build a more disciplined, scalable, and financially durable business. I believe strong organizations succeed when they combine mission, execution, and trust—and when leaders are willing to listen carefully, act decisively, and bring people together around a shared path forward.
