People, process, and patterns fascinate me. I want to know what people think. And how people think. And how what people think impacts what they do and how they work.
My natural curiosity has led me to become a bit of a business generalist. I build teams, processes and systems. I like to find great people, break things down, find what works, what's successful, what's got potential. Then put it all back together and drive towards a common goal together.
I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty to get things moving in the right direction. I care about the data - both quantitative and qualitative - but I don’t believe you can rely on data alone. I have a nose for problems and strong common sense, which enable me to see what matters quickly.
Currently, I’m the Chief of Staff at Jonar. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I am responsible for driving the initiatives of the CEO including, but not limited to: building and driving a great team and culture, identifying inefficiencies and gaps, innovating internal processes, policies and reporting, and keeping the organization zipping along in the right direction.
