I’ve been professionally interviewing people for over 11 years – first as a journalist, then as a recruiter in product companies and startups. Throughout my career, I’ve hired 400+ specialists and conducted 5,000+ interviews.
Currently, I lead the Talent Acquisition function at SKELAR, managing a team of 50+ skilled recruiters and talent sourcers. I specialize in leading and developing teams, driving recruitment excellence through hiring, training, and mentorship to unlock their full potential and deliver outstanding results.
My mission is to help companies refine their hiring strategies so they can grow efficiently and attract top talent. I focus on data-driven recruitment – tracking metrics, analyzing funnels, and improving conversion rates to build high-performing teams.
I believe recruitment should be straightforward and impactful. My goal is to eliminate complexity and provide businesses with practical, high-impact hiring solutions that drive growth.
I’m also a committed promoter of strong recruitment culture within companies because great businesses start with great teams.

Beyond work, I’m passionate about extreme sports and hiking. As a mountain guide, I lead groups through breathtaking landscapes. After Ukraine’s victory, I plan to guide a group to Everest Base Camp 🏔️.
