• Extensive Client co-ordination and building relation with all TAG managers to understand their requirements and to deliver in quick TAT.
• Responsible for leading a team of 10 full time colleagues (Junior, Senior, Lead Recruiters).
• Handling Contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and Permanent (FTE) positions with Implementing partners, Direct Clients.
• Managing the End to End recruitment process from requirement gathering from the TAG Managers to till candidate on-boarding (Interview Schedule, Offer Negotiation, Paper work).
• Mentoring & motivating the team members to understand the client requirements and helping them in sourcing activities to ensure everyone meets to the management expectations.
• Provide adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure staff reaches potential. Design and implement a team-results oriented culture, reinforcing collective results over individual results.
• Ensures financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all policies and procedures
• Managing a team of recruiters and ensure everyone achieve their targets well ahead in time.
