At Commerzbank/Neugelb (Head of Mobile): transformed Neugelb from a design studio into Commerzbank's mobile software house, won the CB/Comdirect mobile merger project (platform used by 40+ engineers; app reached 1M+ users, 4.6 iOS / 4.3 Android). ▸ Deep AI orchestration platform experience — two production stacks. SAP Fioneer AI Agent (launched June 2025; bring-your-own-LLM, SAP Joule + Microsoft Copilot integration; generally available across Banking / Insurance / Finance). At my current startup I solo-built the AI orchestration substrate: 5-provider LLM abstraction, full agentic tool-call pipeline with sealed-type intent hierarchy and bounded context-resolution loops, multi-provider embedding + vector-store abstractions. ▸ LLM-leveraged production-code velocity at team-scale output. LLM is my primary collaborator — brainstorming partner, pair-coder, stress-tester, doc-drafter — layered on top of my own architecture decisions. Current output: a multi-tenant enterprise AI SaaS — Spring Boot/Kotlin modular monolith with custom Spring Security ACL; hand-engineered React/TS frontend; Azure-native infrastructure plan; vendor-grade compliance package (TOM, SIG-CAIQ, subprocessor governance, audit-support runbook). ▸ Team-building motion — three cycles across 21 years. Neugelb mobile 4→24. SAP Fioneer AI Agent 1→20+ in ~18 months. Plus an earlier co-founder cycle in Cairo. Beyond hiring, I install the engineering operating system — SDLC, code review, hiring, levels, growth plans, performance reviews — alongside the team.
