Certified Executive Coach || Leadership Trainer & Facilitator || Board Member || Recovering Marketing and Ad Exec
Rye, New York, United States
I’m a leadership coach and facilitator who helps people get clear, take action, and grow with confidence. I’ve spent my career understanding human behavior, first in advertising, now in leadership development.
I began in marketing, leading award-winning campaigns for brands like Citi, Visa, and Betterment. While I loved the strategy and creativity, what lit me up most was helping people thrive — guiding teams through challenges, mentoring rising leaders, and building cultures where people wanted to show up, be themselves, and contribute.
Today, I partner with clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, as a coach, trainer, and thought partner. I create safe spaces for honest reflection, listen deeply (to what’s said and unsaid), and help people move forward. I believe you can be kind and effective at the same time. I won’t tell you what to do — I’ll help you uncover your own best answers.
My clients describe me as insightful, disarming, and strategic. I see what makes people tick, help them find clarity in the chaos, and move them into action — with warmth, candor, and a sense of humor.
As a trainer and facilitator, I lead high-energy, practical sessions designed to make learning stick. I bring tools, stories, and real-life application, plus a strong belief that leadership development can be fun and impactful at the same time.
Outside of work, I serve on the board of the Rye Youth Council, a nonprofit focused on supporting the social, emotional, and mental health of youth.
